2. Rental Duration

The rental period begins at the time of pickup or delivery and ends when the equipment is returned to our facility. Late returns may incur additional charges, so please ensure timely returns to avoid fees.

3. Equipment Care

You are responsible for the care and proper use of all rented equipment. Any damages, loss, or theft incurred during the rental period will be charged to you. We encourage you to inspect the equipment upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

4. Payment Terms

All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, and by providing payment details, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method chosen.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Liability Waiver

By renting from Safari Gear Rentals, you acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks and liabilities associated with the use of our equipment and release us from any claims arising from injuries or damages incurred during your rental.
